How do I update my details and subscription preferences

QUESTION

I have unsubscribed from the Clubs communications and would like to re-instate my subscription. I am particularly missing not getting the Player directly.

ANSWER

You can re-subscribe by accessing your membership profile managed by ClubSpark.

  1. Go to the wdtc.com.au membership page.
  2. Click “ClubSpark”
  3. In the top right hand corner there is a “login” option. Sign in by you nominated sign in method.
  4. Once logged in, click the down arrow beside your name in the top right hand corner and select “profile”.
  5. Select “Edit profile”
  6. Select the second heading “Your privacy and consents” .
  7. Update your subscription. Note that a tick in the box means you don’t want emails from the club, so it should be left un-ticked.
  8. Click “update my Preferences” to save changes.

While you are in your profile, please review your other details to ensure they are correct. If you have any other issues, contact Tom Paterson at registrar@wdtc.com.au
